Tele-therapy is offered at the comfort of your own location. Try not to be in Dave & Busters.
There’s a parking lot available in front of the building and additional parking in the back of the building.
We are located on the 2nd floor. You must take stairs to the 2nd floor. There is no elevator available.
Our office hours are Monday- Friday 10am – 6pm
Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long.
Appointments can be made directly on the website.
Yes, available time slots for clients with insurance fill up quickly. We accept most private health insurances, but if not yours we’ll be happy to provide a Superbill, that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please verify with your insurance that Superbills are acceptable. Insurances accepted are Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, Magellan, Health Advocate, Aetna, Cigna and EAP.
Cash and credit cards are accepted. All credit cards are processed through Stripe. Payments can be made in the office or directly through your client portal account.
All new clients will be given access to a client portal in order to complete forms or send messages if they choose.
You also can make a payment through your account on the portal.
Cancellations should be done 24 hours in advance, or there is a full rate charge.
We work with teens starting at 15 years old and adults. Group sessions are only offered for teenage girls.
Therapy rests on forming a relationship based on mutual respect between the client and the therapist.
Our focus is to assist the client in understanding their unique lifestyles and help them learn to think about self, others, and the world in such a way to meet the tasks of life with courage and priority.
The therapy process focuses on providing information, teaching, guiding, and offering encouragement to discouraged clients.

The purpose of clients doing assignments between session is to put new techniques and skills to use.
Clients must continue their work outside of the office in order to progress.
We use various therapeutic approaches. We believe that clients can become discouraged and function ineffectively because of mistaken beliefs, faulty values, and goals that are never achieved. Although upbringing and birth order is assessed, it is not the primary focus of the individual’s behaviors.
We ask that all clients just be themselves. Clients need to know that they must fully participate in order to get the most out of therapy.
We are not here to judge but here to help. We are grateful to be able to assist every one of our clients with accomplishing their treatment goals.
